Refund Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service (section 4, Billing). BrandMic is operated by Cimmic LLC.
1. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start it, and you are not charged unless you actively select and confirm a paid plan. There is nothing to refund if you never choose a paid plan.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. You will not be charged for later periods.
3. Refunds
No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Acceptable Use rules in our Terms are not refunded.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, email us at the address below with the email on your account and the date of the charge. We will review it and reply to you.
5. How Payments Are Handled
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
